  Great service. Sorted out my jeep and had it back on the road better than it ever went. Need your car sorted, then go to these guys. First class garage...and no I am not related to them

  I went in for a wheel alignment and was told I needed parts, so I arranged to go back and leave the car for a full day. I was then told the car wasn't ready that evening, so left the car there over night. Next day, I was told the wrong parts had been sent and did wonder how it took a day and a half to establish this but accepted it. That was 3 weeks ago and I have been told every time I phone that the parts are still in the post. I was promised a call from the boss Frank on 4 occasions just to explain what was going on and today pleaded with his secretary to have him phone as I need my car! Finally, Frank phoned to say I had been rude to his secretary ( his daughter!) and he didn't want my business!! I was flabbergasted! He had promised and failed to phone me for 3 weeks and I have always remained polite. If a customer pleading for an update phonecall from the boss is deemed rude, I don't know what customer care has come to. I have been a customer of FS Wheels for years, never again.
